Ma'am Pareja is one of the best teachers. She is strict, but she did that for us to be disciplined. All of us are somewhat afraid of her (including me), which made us do our best for us not to be scolded. I experience being scolded by Ma'am, not only at school but also on facebook. The one on facebook was not really 'scold', but she just questioned me of what I commented on a post (which I really regretted). But I didn't made that an excuse to be down, I know, Ma'am Pareja did that for me to learn. She just did that for my own good, and I thank her for that. Those 'questioning' and 'scolding' moments are ways for me to realize my mistake and accept that I was wrong. She is one of the best teachers, but for me, she is the best teacher I know. I learned a lot from her, not only in academics, but also in character. She is not the typical teacher that is just lessons, lessons, lessons and a lot more lessonssssss (which sometimes are just repeated all over again. -____-), but she relates the lessons to our daily lives, which made us learn mooooooore. :D This school year, she is not our teacher anymore, but it's okay, I'll still remember and keep the lessons I learned from her (including the first 'surprising' question she asks every first class-- "WHAT IS SCIENCE?!").
